## Current Openings under the SIHREN Program
The SIHREN initiative focuses on optimizing the national referral system. We are looking for candidates who possess the drive to modernize healthcare delivery and project implementation.
1. Planning Coordinator
* Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Health, Biology, Management, or Planning is required. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience in project management or financial planning will also be considered.
* Core Competencies: Expertise in managing international grants, preparing comprehensive work plans, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suites.
2. Planning Assistant
* Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or Natural Sciences. At least one year of experience in planning or finance is necessary.
* Core Competencies: Familiarity with foreign loan-related documentation, readiness criteria preparation, and strong administrative organizational skills.
3. HRD Assistant
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Law. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Core Competencies: Understanding of personnel administration, workforce planning, and the ability to foster a positive workplace environment through capacity-building initiatives.
## Technical and Administrative Roles for the InPULS Program
The InPULS initiative seeks highly analytical and detail-oriented professionals to ensure the efficient execution of healthcare-related projects and data management.
4. Finance Coordinator
* Qualifications: Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance. A minimum of two years of financial management experience, particularly with international grants, is highly preferred.
* Core Competencies: Mastery of budgeting, auditing, fund disbursement, and taxation processes. Professional certification is considered a significant asset.
5. Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Assistant
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Public Health, Economics, or Social Sciences, with at least one year of relevant M&E experience.
* Core Competencies: Skilled in data collection, performance tracking, and the use of visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
6. Procurement Assistant
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any major (Law background preferred) with at least one year of experience in procurement.
* Core Competencies: Familiarity with public health laboratory equipment and international procurement standards is highly desirable.
7. Data Analyst
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related technical fields. Fresh graduates are welcome.
* Core Competencies: Advanced SQL proficiency, data visualization capabilities, and the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights for health policy.
8. Admin & Logistic Staff
* Qualifications: Diploma (D3) in any field with a minimum of one year of experience in general administration or logistics.
* Core Competencies: Excellent document control, meeting management, and high attention to detail for project record-keeping.
