* Political Neutrality: Must not be a member of any political party.
* Commitment to Resign or Adjust Status: Willingness to be temporarily suspended as a Civil Servant (PNS), or resign/retire from the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) or National Police (POLRI), and relinquish positions in state-owned or private commercial enterprises within one month of appointment.
