## Professional Qualifications
To ensure the continued success and technical proficiency of our operations, candidates should possess the following credentials:
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a closely related field.
* Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the palm oil sector. Candidates with prior experience in tidal areas (areal pasang surut) will be prioritized.
* Strategic Expertise:
* Development & Infrastructure: Proficiency in managing new land clearing projects, encompassing both agronomic requirements and infrastructure development.
* Administration: Strong capabilities in managing estate reporting, monthly financial closing, petty cash control, and comprehensive inventory management.
* Operational Standards: In-depth knowledge of palm oil quality standards and nursery techniques, ranging from initial seeding to planting readiness.
* Mechanical & Logistics: Expertise in VRA/WRA, vehicle maintenance, spare parts management, and heavy equipment oversight.
